They are best used with Disana Organic brushed cotton liners, but they can be used with any insert or prefold you already have!

Organic cotton can take up to 10 wahses to become fully absorbent. The natural oils that are not bleached and stripped out with harmful chemicals in organic cotton. So they will need a longer breaking in period than conventional fibers.

 

 

Tie nappies are about 3' long when unfolded. In the pictures they are folded in half then put on baby. That is how an insert would go in between the 2 layers.
