Shipping & Payment
Orders will ship within 2 business days of payment by credit card or Paypal.
Once orders leave us we are not responsible. It then becomes the responsiblity of the mail carrier to get your order to you. We include a confirmation # with all packages but Insurance is NOT included. So, we highly reccomend purchasing insurance.
We value all our customers so every order order has a flat rate of $5.00 shipping within the 48 states! This does exclude all furniture orders though.
We also want to be fair, so if you purchase an item where shipping cost less than $5.00, the difference will be refunded.
Our mail carrier is the United States Postal Service. If you would like a different mail carrier please email us and we will see what we can do.
If for any reason shipping is overcharged when you order furniture, by .75 or more it will be refunded to you.
We will accept money orders and check under certain circumstances. Please email us through our contact form for more details.
International Shipping
We love to ship to our international customers! Just a few things we ask of you first though. We offer international shipping only if you email us first. Due to the high cost of international shipping you must email us prior to placing your order. We must be able to calculate it with our postal service to be able to give you the most cost effective and accurate shipping cost. Insurance will not be included with international shipping either but we do encourage you to purchase it. You will be required to have a confirmation # with your order which is usually only about $1.00. Because we value our international customers also we would like to offer a 5% discount on all orders over $100. This is because we cannot offer $5.00 shipping at this time to our international customers. Please let us know that you want to order and we will gladly calculate this in for you.
Refunds
Refunds will be given under the following circumstances. 30 days from time of order placement. Diapers and diaper covers must not be used or washed. The refund will be in full minus any shipping charges. We will exchange for sizes on unused merchandise, shipping will be an extra charge. All other items must be unused and unwashed also due to the very personal nature of items we carry. (i.e baby toys cannot be returned if your baby has used them already) We cannot accept items that have pet or smoke odors, dirt, stains, lipsticks, or perfumes etc. If for any reason we deem the item non-refundable we at Organic Little Feet retain the right to refuse a refund.
